Default Battery, window & locks problem

OK I have a question.... I left my Sirius radio and TomTom turned on and it ran down my battery. I have the H3 a jump but then for about 1/2 a day the driver window would not go down and the electric locks would not work. Is this normal? or is there something wrong?

Yes..The Computer has to resync with stuff

I'm assuming it's fine now..right?..If it happens again, disconnect the battery, both leads and touch the leads together for a few minutes then reconnect them to the battery starting with the positive lead first.

did you stop and start it again after the battery had recharged? A lot of systems under lower than normal power (dead battery) can do some strange things and set off codes. If it happens again on a full charge, I'd get it checked out....otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

Good advice Dennis. I guess this is a "normal" thing to happen. Maybe a Mod should put one of these threads at the top as a bulletin. Just a thought.

Thanks guys, I was kind of thinking along the same lines, that it was some CPU thing. Good trick to know (touching the battery cables together) This problem lasted, maybe, 3-6 hours then all was good (It happened about a month ago but I have not really had time to post)

Thanks!
