Updated via USB/PC 2019 after my purchase. No need for any further updates as it is for GM 1999 - 2015. Will work as new, zero issues. I am using HP Tuners and no longer need this programmer.

This will work on H3 Alpha 2008 and 2009, it will NOT WORK on 2010 H3 Alphas. H2s should be fine.
