I gave up on programming my hd remote...every damn thing I try to program ends up bieng the last number out of the 300 possible codes they give you, then I figure I'll trick em and start from the end...yup...it ends up bieng the first number which is now the last one I try...so I gave up

 

i got it so that it will change the channels on the DVR box...but i cant figure out how to get the huge TV remote to work the DVR playback...but i dont really care about it..

i also have the surround/stereo remote..the HDDVD remote...the PS2 and PS3 remote...
i have too many remotes...hell, even the bedroom setup has three of them.

 

lmao.... my wife bitches to me at least once a week about all the remotes.....we even have a land of the misfit remotes box where all remotes we don't use go to die...lol.

Mine does too but try controlling two devices of the same make/model and see what happens LOL! It was pretty funny when both my 400 discDVD libraries started playing the same slot at the same time ....
Ended up spending the $ on the MX-3000 and an RF repeater. The remote itself is either IR or RF depending on what device I'm controlling. When going over RF I can control a number of identical devices independantly as they use RF blasters and addressable devices .. pretty cool stuff ...

I don't know about everybody else here, but you had nothing to do with any of this, so as far as I personally am concerned, you have nothing to do with any comments I make. I'm not speaking for ANYBODY else but myself, but I will tell you that I meant that as a very general statement, more about thenon-moderator users and was sharing howI felt with the little Mod friendsI have left here.

If I said or meant everybody, I didn't LITERALLY mean everybody. I meant people that just stopped posting here completely to go over there. I wasn't really talking about Moderators, but users like LittleMonster and all them who don't post a damn thing here anymore. Hell even Paige has posted like 90 posts there and I'm not pissed at her. We talk all the time.

Am I dissappointed, well I sure am. Does that mean I'm going to hold a grudge? Nope. I'm not that kinda person. If you choose to go over there, I could give two ***** because that's like saying I care when you take a **** and you didn't tell me so I'm mad. What does bother me is when people LIE and say bad things about people, whether it here or over there.

I think Mark is a really nice guy, and there isn't a day that goes by I don't think about his mother to be honest. BUT, to use your dieing mother as an excuse as to why you don't post here, is so WRONG and unmoral when he posted almost 200 posts in the past few days over there. That's pretty damn pathetic if you ask me, to hide behind your dieing mother like that. That's one of the things that REALLY pissed me off if you want to know.

Does that make me not like Mark? No. I still like Mark, and maybe I'm a sucker for it, who knows, but I think that act was pretty disgusting. That's why when Patrick asked how he had time to post those 170+ posts over there when his mother is dieing, he never responded. Maybe nobody caught that..........

It's small things like that, that show me personality traits. Mark never did anything to me, so I have nothing against the guy, but it's a damn shame to use your own dieing mother as an excuse to hide behind. If anybody here disagrees, I'd like to here why.
