$600 down the drain and they do not sell them anymore.
OUCH! I'd be [sm=alcoholic.gif] too! [sm=smiley19.gif]

I looked at those hard painted covers too and wanted one badly, but opted (because of the $$) for the plain black hard molded one that I talked my dealer into throwing in with the purchase...then I rigged up a thin cable from stuff I purchased from "Lowes" and had my shoe repair guy put a couple grommets into the underneath of it - so that none of these little hooligans around here could absond with the cover! Thinking I am glad now because that would **** me off too if it got ruined!

I like going fast in my boat, never got the hummer over 85, if I did I'm sure you'd see the gas gauge go down as the mph go up My boat does get about 2 gallons of gas per mile, so the hummer ain't that bad

I've been known to browse that site, if it's the same one I'm thinking about.

What kind of boat do you have?!?!
My family used to have a 28' Fountain Fever with twin 502's that spent some time in the racing shop. Put out about 1,300 ponies! Drove it on Lake Michigan but sold it when my dad broke his neck from just riding in it.
