Article about used HUMMERS
Interesting article about how used HUMMERS have retained their value. http://www.mlive.com/auto/index.ssf/...ds_hummer.html
???? Am I just in the wrong area for good deals on H3s? Seriously, searching cars.com, autotrader, local online classifieds, local dealerships... I have not seen anything anywhere near this price. At $23k w/30k miles for an Alpha I'd be all over that.
Heh heh, I guess I don't have my location set do I.
I'll go fix that.
I'm in Clearfield UT (Ogden area, about a half hour north of Salt Lake City).

An Alpha with 30K miles for 23K.....what a deal. I just bought an 08 Alpha and until I just searched auto trader I thought based on your comment I paid to much.....that being said the cheapest on in the whole country as of 5 minutes ago on auto trader is 57 bucks under 26K....you sure yours isn't a salvage title (just kidding)
I bought my '06 H3 with 40k on it, loaded, luxury, off road package, tow package, Monsoon system, leather, etc for $16,800 a month ago. It was a great deal and Kelly BB has it worth around $25k retail sale. I'm reallllll happy with it.
The dealership I got it from was a GM dealership, but not a hummer dealer. They had the thing forever and couldn't get rid of it for some reason.
One of the people on the lot tipped their hand about how long they'd had it and this gave me power to twist their arm to pay what I wanted.

Those are some insane prices. Took my '06 H3 in for a trade on an F250, luxury, Monsoon, dropped 3", sitting on 24's with matching 5th wheel, chrome package, 35.5k miles, dealer offered me $18,900 trade-in. Said he'd sell it in a hot second with it looking like it does. I paid just under $21k 19-months ago with 21k miles on it.
Figured with that trade-in value I'd take it back home and sell it myself. Or just keep the damn thing. Had no idea they held value so well and dealers around here (dealer was in San Antonio) were so eager to get them on their lot.
