I dont know your mechanical abilities or tools on hand but I had to replace mine because it was warped and had an incureable exhaust leak. if you dont have any broken manifold bolts it is not a bad job. be sure to get all new hardware and gaskets, you dont want to do this twice. the three bolts at the end after the cat to the exhaust pipe can be a challange, worse case cut them off and use the new bolts to reassemble.
Be sure to get the torque ratings and the tightning pattern ( do a search I dont remember the actual numbers were) the torque on the manifold bolts is lower than I would have thought but the pattern is important to follow. If you are ok with auto repairs and getting the old one off is not to bad you have about a 3-4 hr job or 4-5 beers.
I got everything off one night and when I got all the parts I was test driving in under an hour.
