Anyone put General Grabber AT2's on??
Have them in 265's on my SIlverado and love them in the ice and snow (no mud aroundfor a while til we thaw out here in PA..) thinking of going up to 285/75/16 and putting them on the H3?? Anyone currently run that tire? If so in what size. Can i go bigger with no modifcations? ( not worried about the speedometerbeing off, etc.. just clearances and braking)
We got the stock Goodyears on it now....YAWN![sm=sleeping.gif]do nothing for it in traction or looks.

reviving an old thread...
Since I'm due in for a complete tire change soon, I was considering that same tire choice (General Grabber AT2 in 285x75x16) for my H3, instead of the original Goodyears in 265.
So, any experience with those Grabber AT2's?

I had them on my Jeep Liberty (245-75/16) and was very happy with them. They were much lower in price than the BFG's and are very similar. A little bit of noise but nothing bad at all. Great in snow and when I sold the truck I had about 10K on them and they showed hardly any wear. They would be a great choice for a dual duty (on/off road) tire. I had Bridgestone REVO's (lasted 40K) prior to that and I liked the AT2's over the REVO's.
