Fellow H2 owners, I am curious whether anyone has tried or successfully added/mounted lights (not a strip-light) on the sides below the doors by surface mounting onto the black plastic trim? My concern is creating access to the wires underneath and behind the trim due to the H2's metal plating running across the bottom edge of the vehicle. Maybe it cannot be done on an H2; I have never seen a picture of an H2 with it done. What I have in mind is to add a couple of sequential blinking running lights such as these:
