The wife and I are touring Panama with the thought of retiring here. Importing my H3 to accompany us should we take the leap is a strong consideration, but have yet to see any Hummers let alone many US vehicles for that matter.
Do we have any Panamanian members on the forum?
Is there parts/service availability in the country?
This is a beautiful country and looks like it would be an awesome place to wheel an H3, just don't want to go to the expense of importing and not being able to keep her on the road.

 

Used to be stationed there, been back many times. Last time was in 2007 or 2008. The country is much different now than it was prior to 2000. Better cars, roads, less traffic. I would not be surprised to find a handful of H3's there. Where are you planning g to settle down? Panama city, David, Chiriqui, Boquete?
