They changed the diamond plating to a hard rubberized shelf.
From what I'm told, expect to pay around $750 but don't hold me to it.

Like what realjeep said, for ourcj-7 that my 2 older bros and i rebuilt we had catalogs of parts like quadratec and 4wd hardware, thats why i almost bought a jk but maybe h3's will start getting more serious off-road parts built for em

 

Slowly but surely it is getting there. i would still like a wider, better selection of aftermarket stuff to chose from and to help drive prices down.
