I'm looking to do the air bag to spring conversion on my '03 H2, and had a few questions...

1. If I like the look of the height when the airbags are fully inflated, using the height control button, would that mean that I would want to add a 2" lift kit to the spring conversion?

2. How much ballpark should I be expecting to pay to have installed at a local mechanic, if I supply the parts?

3. Can anyone recommend a good but cheap conversion and/or lift kit, maybe on amazon?
