Turned on my H3 to drive to work this morning and the A/C wasnt blowing out when first started. Once I got the car above 30mph it did start to blow cold but once I changed the setting to 2 through 4 it didnt seem to blow any harder and once I came to a stop, it would stop blowing. Any suggestions? Possibly a fan problem or maybe a fuse to the A/C fan? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
