Just a question. As everyone in the west knows its been blazing hot out here lately. I replaced my compressor and a/c condenser two years ago. ever since then my ac works fine at cruising speed and at idle but blows warm while im accelerating. I took it back the first time and it shows 57 degrees while idling but problem persists. any recommendations? Do you think it might have something to do with not wrapping the new lines and condenser with insulation?

Also just replaced all my interior lights with leds, replaced the door speakers while I was at it just do I didn't have to take those door panels off again.

 

'08 or '09? If so does it happen with both front and rear sytems? If both get warm I'd look at the compressor or whatever operates for both sytems. If it's just the front ya got me, but if it started with the replacement two years ago I'd start there. Same for '03 to '07s.

 

Just thought I'd update so you would all know what happened. Apparently there is a filter inline in the system? The filter disintegrated and clogged up the orifice. strange issue as I had the compressor and accumulator replace two or three years ago by the same place. I don't pretend to know a lot about hvac sytems. Just hope the guy I take it to does. $475
