Anybody here have an aftermarket antenna , like the ones on Ebay for the H3? My factory one hits pretty good in my garage at work. Do they work good, picts, etc. Thanks! The aftermarket ones are about 15" high(shorter than OEM).

Watch out for the "stubby"'s on ebay. I got the antenna-x 15". The price was right, the seller was great and quick shipping, but when it arrived I found that as I have a chrome antenna mount cover, it would not fit right. I needed to shave some of the base off to get it to fit. I did notice a tiny loss of reception, but I don;t listen to FM much anyways. I wish now I had bought one like Dennis has.

 

I bought a 3 inch antenna off ebay and it works fine. The one I bought came with the adapter for the H3 so I had no issues with the fit. I hadbought the 15 inch ones twice because I broke one and the dealership broke the other when they took it through their car wash. I have no problems with reception either with that small of an antenna. If you look on ebay, just make sure it is for the H3 and you really shouldn't have any issues.
