Default actuators
is there a way of testing hvac actuators
before i remove them

Yes there might be a way. There's a GM enchanced scan tool you could buy. I forgot the name. It is expensive though and i am not sure you could control the HVAC actuators.

u mite want to pay a dealer to do it. i had some work done and they told me THEIR scan tool was,,,$2500. who knows?
