AC/Heater fan notworking
03 H2. Fan comes on occasionally. Replaced the fan resister module and continues to come on occasionally. Fan motor is good, checked with 12 volt supply. checked the fuse. any suggestions

Does it do this on all speeds?
If so then start at the main unit in the dash, the high speed fan has a dedicated 12 volt supply but the relay is supplied by the speed switch at the main unit.
