97 H1 Hummer with error codes P1641 and P1654

I'm trying to track down where to fix my 97 H1 with error codes P1641 and P1654. Has anyone else here experienced them and ideas on what they are?

It's not doing anything other than the check engine and check throttle light is on. I'm trying to fix the issue those error codes are vague.
