6" lift with 35" tires

Hello,
I love lifted Hummers H2 with large tires! I am considering installing a 4" or 6" lift and would like 37", 38" or 40" tires. Even though I have to show properties off the beaten path once in a while, it would mainly be for looks and street driven.
Putting all that extra wight on the H2, are there any other modifications needed for power (like super charger, etc), or is stock OK?
I appreciate every bodies input!
