It the four wheel drive on an H3 all wheel drive like my H2? I am planning on picking up an 08 H3 for my wife this weekend and was just wondering.

 

Yes, it is in 4hi with an unlocked center diff for normal street driving, 4-hi lock locks the center diff, and then 4-Lo lock locks the center diff and gives you the lower gear ratio.

did you get the H3 yet? and do you like driving the H2 or H3 better?

 

I picked it up last night and drove it 150 miles home. I really liked it. The interior does not creak and squeak like my H2 does and the Monsoon radio is better than my Bose. My H2 has more goodies like Nav, back up camera , steering wheel controls. I think I will love them both. I did not think I was going to like the H3 as much as my H2. I will give another report after I drive it some more.
