First off, this is not a place to bash businesses because of a personal beef. Next, the invoices are from 2003 and 04, the response to the complaint letter generated attempting to "terrify" the seller are more than THREE YEARS OLD. Chit does break, ecspecially after misuse and over time.

I am not and never have been a 4WP customer. I will leave this thread here only if it does not become a let us bash this place or that....so HF members can at least be aware somebody had a beef and it involved 4WP.

When you supercharge motors and add lift kits, be prepared to swim with the big dogs, and fix stuff that breaks. If you want complete reliability, stay away from tinkering with an invitation for trouble.

 

I have bought stuff from 4WP but never had them do anything to any of my trucks. No problem with any parts or accessories I ever bought there.

 

I have had some issues especially with internet orders. Purchased tires with FREE Shipping, but they added a $75.00 Handling Fee along with a $35.00 Pallet Fee, even though the tires didn't arrive on a pallet.

Ever since i gave them my phone number for the order i get solicitation calls from them

Like I said, I buy stuff in the stores and have had no issues. There are only a couple of places that will ever touch my trucks besides me.

 

I TOO have been doing business with 4 wheel parts for OVER 15 years and NOT ONCE..California NOR Orlando,Fl when they opened up in Florida Have EVER did me wrong...These guys have treated me VERY WELL ALL 15 years I have dealt with them. AND they have ALWAYS stood behind everything they SOLD ME and that they INSTALLED for me.

for the millions and millions of good businesstransactions, theres bound to be a few bad ones. keep it stock or stop bitching lol

 

mileage is also stored in the ecm... swap the cluster it will start at 0 but anyone that plugs in the diag port can see real mileage.
