(4) H3 wheels, flat black powder coated, Better than tactical wheels
I can not ship. Im selling them to get rid of some hospital bills so they dont get out of control. ANyone that mentions you saw them here can purchase them for 300$ instead of 400$. I got them for 300$ then the powder cost me 50$ a wheel. They are very dirty in the pictures but look good cleaned up.
