Hello again folks. Working through my new H2 2003. Any suggestions how to remove the 3rd seat. I pull up on #1 lever. The lever barely moves. Are they prone to get stuck?. It wont budge. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

 

I had trouble with my third seat as well...there should be lever 1 and the seat should move up, and then you do lever 2 and then 3. Mine was stuck on the rails, and it finally came out....

 

Ya #1 wont budge. Ya might have to take off the padding to get to the mechanics. Seems really stuck.

 

Update. I doused the #1 components with Breakfree and a straw extenshion a week ago. I backed in my Hummer thinking I would have to do some dismantling. By chance I pulled up the #1 latch and presto it released the seatback. Off came the seat. Took it out and relubed everything. Now works like a charm. Just needed some lube.

 

when i almost bought an h2, the salesman said you sometimes need wd40 to get the seat out. why he told me that i'll never know
