35's (and even stock 285's) stick out past the stock mud flaps and the mud flaps look off-center to the tires... and aren't effective...

Are there any mud flaps out there that would cover the tire... stick out further to cover it?

 

I have Husky Liner Mud Guards on my H3 and I am running 35's. They do a good job of covering the tire, at least better than the stock ones!

 

I had the stock flaps on... replaced them with the Huskys yesterday... big difference in coverage and not off-center like the stock flaps.
