I know "both" cannot be used. The 03-07 models only have brackets in the floor to mount a single seat in the back on the passenger side. No idea if the mounting is the same on the newer ones or if the newer ones are two separate pieces and if the one could be used in an older H2. Even if it could, it will not match any other seat in an older one as the newer ones also look different.

 

What are you wanting for the rims? I've been searching high and low for a set. I honestly wouldn't want the tires but I'd take them if I had to.

That 20 inch OEM chrome alloy rim fits every year H2 as well as most other 8 bolt GM trucks, they were optional so not as many where manufactured. In 2021 you can't find those for less than $750 a piece without a tire.
