That's great news!!! I think it's a good amount less than most people thought. I think the average guess was around $43K. Thanks to GH3 & Brian for that info...

Excellent!...I know I won't be getting the Nav, Sunroof , rear camera, leather options..so it still should be under $40....Plus I'm gonna wait til the newness wearsoff a bit and GM shakes any bigs out too, before I get mine.

I'd have to double check the ordering guide, but I'm pretty shure that the Alpha price includes Leather/Lux Package, Chrome Package, and those Chrome rims that were in the pics... That makes the price look even better - unless you didn't want those options! I heard you could order it without chrome package, but no idea if they'll give you a credit for the delete.
