I recently put an ARB bumper on my 2008 H3 and took off the factory plastic bumper and fog light assy. This assembly includes the fog lights. I also have the steel piece that mounts behind the factory tow hooks. If you need any of these parts make me an offer. I am located near Fort Worth TX.

Thepart that goes behind the tow hooks is painted silver and it is steel.I think that the color changed from black to silver for the 2008 Model year.
