What is done/required for a 40000km service? Just whant to know in order to avoid the garage scams.

Can you take it to the dealer. I think that they have a regiment to follow. Also look in the manual, that usually tells you what should be lubed up and what not.

 

Mine just hit 42k... I'll check on my own, post what I find & check to see what you all have to say. BTW, I need to find out if my plugs were replaced cause if not... I'm bout to throw in a set of E3's. Was told by multiple people that these would be a gr8 investment @ 6$ a piece. I am also thinking about what to do bout my intake/air filter... K&N does not produce a factory replacement. You have to buy a whole kit. HOWEVER, AIRRAID does... Don't know much bout these guys...
I also have an idea on increasing air flow... The grates that are on the side where the intake starts... Thought about opening that up a bit to increase cold air flow.... ANY THOUGHTS???
