Question 2007 H3 alignment after TB lift

What should this be aligned to after adjusting the torsion bars? I found threads for 2006 and 2008 which were both different specs and found a good thread in which HUMMERZ replied saying that right and left camber should be 0degrees and right and left toe 0.05degrees. Mine looks like it has a slight tilt inwards at the top of the front tires /--\ it's not drastic but I noticed it after the new tires and alignment were done. I brought to their attention and he said it was a close as he could get it to specs....steering wheel wants to stay a little to the right when driving straight. I got a 6mos warranty on the alignment and scheduled to take it back this Saturday and have them get it right. What specs should they be going by? Attached is my alignment sheet.

go somewhere else. The tire monkeys there are just that tire monkeys. They do tires, I wouldn't let them touch anything else. Try a Goodyear store or a Firestone store. Most Firestones have a lifetime alignment. Trust me it's worth every penny. I get mine done every 6 months and even more during wheeling season...

ZERO CAMBER 0.00 0.00DEGREES, nothing, nada, etc.. That's what you want, the tires should be standing straight up, vertically, not leaning in nor out.. Your caster looks good and toe will do. Get that camber adjusted correctly, your tires will appreciate it and you will drive straight. GL

An alignment is needed after doing ANY front end work, whether it be torsion bar adjusting or adding a "leveling kit" or reindexed keys.

I just leveled my H3 as well and am going to have it aligned saturday.

So camber should be O

What about caster and toe in? Like lostsoul said I have seen different alignment specs for 06 and 08 as well as some from a few leveling kits.

Caster: (+/- 1.0 degree)
Left- 2.8
Right- 3.1

Toe: 0.1 (+/- 0.2 degree)

H4O - HUMMER 4x4 Off Road

Does that look right?

Truxx leveling kit (24.25") specs are:
Left Right
Caster (degrees) 1.5 2
Camber (degrees) 0 -.250
Toe .0312 or 1/32" toe in

Suspension max:
Camber 0
Caster 2.0 (+/- 1.0)
Toe 1/8" (+/- 1/16")

It looks like the leveling kits have a lower caster number than factory specs, should I have caster set to factory numbers or something else? Also, it looks like the leveling kit companies recommend a decreased toe

Thanks,
Spencer

- Clearance for anything bigger than a 35" tire
- More aggressive look/stance
- More clearance for off-roading
