Looking at a 2007 H2 and the specifications say that it runs on Premium. I thought premium fuel for the h2 was in 2008 when they went to the 6.2?
Any feed back on what type of fuel your run would be great.

I have a 2003 H2 with a transplanted 2007 engine and I run 87 octane. I have ran 87 in the 2003 engine for 136,000 miles before my little mishap while wheeling. I now have the 2007 engine running on 87 and have no problems what so ever.

 

Thanks Hummeron 37s. Very excited the H2 I just bought is being shipped from MD to TN and should be here pretty soon. Loaded with every option except air suspension. Black with chrome grille guard. Thanks for the answer.

 

I have a 2008 with the 6.2 L, and I have run both 87 and 91. It seems to idle smoother on 91. I'm easy on the throttle, so I don't notice any difference on acceleration. I've been running 91 for the last 4000 km now, and I think I'll keep using it. Post some pictures when you get it!
