OK I am new to this forum and to Hummers. I brought a 2006 hummer h3 which I really love. But it didn't come with the remotes (key fob) so I brought one on eBay took it to the dealership and they couldn't program it. So I brought another one from gmparts online and it still won't work. I also have a snap on modis computer that usally allows me to program them. All my locks work by the driver's side control but can't get the remotes to program. It show that there are 2 transmittes programmed but you can have 4. Would really like to use a key fob since there is only one keyed lock on the car. It sucks not being able to unlock tailgate unless you use the driver door. Hope someone knows how to fix. Thank you

This is probably not the best place to ask this question. But here goes!

I have a 2006 Hummer H3 that is making a growling or roaring noise when driving. It doesn't make the noise when the car is in neutral.

Please help! It seems to be getting louder daily! My check engine light has been on since I bought it.

It's my only Transportation so I have to figure out what it is soon.

 

Drive it to a local auto parts (Auto Zone, Advance Auto, O'Reilly's) and they can scan it for free and tell you what the code(s) are for the check engine light. Report that back here.

When was the last transmission and transfer case fluid changes? How many miles on it now?
