2006 H3 For Sale
We've owned this girl since 2009. She's been well maintained, but we're ready to buy a camper and she won't tow what we're looking at. This girl has a new Jasper motor (installed at 160,000 miles) so the dreaded cylinder issues have been taken care of! She also got a new Jasper transmission at 185,000. New lines, torque converter...the whole shebang! The new motor only has 30,000 miles on it, the new tranny...only 5k! 95% of all the sensors have been replaced, new AC system, radiator, fan clutch, tires, brakes, rotors, power steering pump and windshield, all within the last three years. Never been in a wreck. Things just fail and we've fixed them. Exterior is in good condition. Interior is clean, ( the drivers seat could use a seat cover), but shows a little wear. Has the roof rails and tow package. We really didn't plan on selling it when we did all the work, but empty nesting is bringing new ideas! Currently needs front suspension work. The kit is on 1A Auto for $320, plus an alignment, will run about $400. We are pricing to accommodate the work. This has been a great vehicle! 4 wheel drive handles amazingly in all weather conditions! If you love Hummers, but don't want to deal with the common issues with GM's inline 5? This is the Hummer for you, my friend! Vehicle is located in Kingston, TN, 37763. Asking $9,500 obo. Also willing to trade for a Tundra or F-150.

The front-end needs ball joints and control arms on driver and passenger sides.

The motor itself was just under $5,000. Tranny was $2,800. Labor costs on top of those prices. Jasper offers a nationwide 3 year/100,000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission.

Why not replace the and get a wheel alignment, then, raise your price!

So the H3 is FREE? (Your asking price, only covers the engine and transmission)
Why not replace the ball joints and control arms and get a wheel alignment, then, raise your price!

Like I said before, when had all the work done, we didn't plan on selling. But, life's funny that way! Plans change. I don't want to raise the price. I think the current ask is reasonable and fair.
