I just got a 2006 h3 with about 160,000 on it. Im off at work right now I had On Star send me a check up report 3 days ago. Every thing looked good. Today the check engine light came on. We had OnStar do a vehicle check report they said it was the cooling system and that we should bring it in within 5 to 7 days. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be? Vehicle seems to be running perfect and is not running hot.

 

We found onstar to be a huge waste. Their diagnoses are severely vague. A cooling system issue could be many things. It is impossible to get anything from that. Take it to someone with a scan gauge to find out what the actual code is.

We dropped onstar after the 4th time in a row that they got us lost.

 

Yeah, don't get too worked up about anything Onstar tells you.
