2006 H2 dash button info *HELP*

I normally drive it in 4-high. Whats the top button for? Is there a 2 wheel drive I should have it in for daily driving? Here is the link to the image. Whats the top button?

It's for the rear diff locker. Only available in 4-lo. A rwd setting would be nice, but it's not an option.
