Hello,

I'm considering the purchase of a 2003 H2, 75,000 miles.
It drives well and feels tight.
Appears in good shape.

Are there any issues for this year/model I should be aware of?

Its not going to be a primary driver but more of a weekend driver with offroad in mind and a little towing when the wife has my truck at her horse events.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I have an h2 o3 year also ,, items ,, if the mirrors are bad and will not fold in ,
the motors are bad will have to replace them ,cost about 1500.00 i had to do mine ,not that hard to do ..might want to put a tune up on it . other than the gas milage between 10mpg to 13 mpg if you can deal with that go ahead,. i drive mine on weekends for fun also and i love this truck , yes they can have problems just read the forms , but all cars and trucks can have problems depends on how much you want it ,,,,mike

 

Go for it! I have never loved a vehicle more. I have owned 3 now and have NEVER had an issue with ANY of them. Grab one while you can. Frankly, I'd go with a 06 or 07 H2. But, they are all great!

 

Why a 06 or 07 over other years?
I ask because there is a local seller with a very nice 03, 75,000 mi, fully loaded, leather, adventure package etc asking $17 k.
Very tight driver, no rattles.

I got a 03 and I love it. I don't know what to tell you but its a HUMMER. how does the history report look on that H2?
