Default 2 piece rim assembly

Im finally getting rid of these dubs that were on my truck when I bought it and Putting factory new in the box 16.5's and new tires of my truck. I have mounted many tires in the past but is there anything I need to know about putting a 2 piece rim on a tire? The rims I'm getting are brand new with new orings.

Default 17" Wheel for spare

joenuz,
I'm looking for a spare 17" wheel and tire. I now have a 16.5" that the previous owner was using. He fortunately, didn't have to use it; he's been running 17" 2-piece wheels.
Do you have one to sell???
Or for that matter, do you know of anyone that would like to sell one???

No I don't have any. I bought mine that had 22's". It was a street queen till I got it. I'm dumPing these dubs and bringing it back to what it is suppose to look like. If you search eBay for hummer H1 wheels, you will see lots of factory wheel sets and singles for sale

I'm not sure, as I won't have the H1 until Weds. this week. Being a newbie, I'm not that familiar with H1 wheels. I'm sure you'll immediately recognize them once you see them. I hope you can open this to see the images:

I'm not as concerned with the esthetics (they'll be under cover, on the carrier), as I am with the utility of the spare. If I could get a good price on an identical spare, that would be cool, but a good price for a functioning spare trumps all. Either way, I know it's gonna be heavy, which is another issue in itself!!! I understand that there are carriers that actually ease the wheel/tire down to ground level, to save the back! Maybe we should discuss that as well. ;-)
