2.8L Duramax Diesel Ideas?

Just curious if anyone has thought about doing a Duramax swap since GM has the 2.8L in the Colorado/Canyon....shouldnt be hard to shoe horn one into the H3s right?

mounting a piece of metal and making it work with the electronics is a major job not many do today. in the 40's-70's it was ez.
