Hello - always wanted an H1 and looking at a 1994 with 44k miles on it. Looking for advise on what I should look for or ask about? Is there some major maintenance that is looming around 50k miles where I have to mortgage my house? Any worries about parts availability?

Parts are relatively availed. Interior parts are the hardest to come by. 6.5 NA motor? The C services are every 12K miles. If you have a dealer do it they will charge $1200-1500.00. If you do it yourself it will cost you couple of hundred dollars. Nothing magical about 50K miles. Main thing is verify whether all service/maintenance is current.
