'07 H3 line input?
I've heard of some adapter that plugs into the back of the radio, you have to pull the face plate and the radio and connect it to a port on the back side of the radio. I've also heard that sometimes they act up and can potentially interfere with XM radio and maybe even OnStar so do your homework first.
I guess you have a loose plug hanging out unless you mount it in one of the unused front ports.
I've got a FM transmitter on my 30GB Video iPod and if you set the volume just right on the iPod and Radio and try different frequencies you get a decent sound (My transmitter has about 5 different freqs you can choose 106.7 seemed to work really well on my radio, granted it's not digital but it ain't bad. I think I paid about 15 bucks for mine and it's worth every red cent.
