Hello everyone. I hope someone can help me out. I just purchased some oem roof crossbars for my '03 H2. I am trying to figure out how to remove the end cap (or whatever you call it) on the back of the side rail to slide the crossbars on. I looked in my owners manual and it says to remove the clip and it should come off. No luck with that so far. I press on the clip (it doesn't appear you can remove it) and it seems to be sticking towards the front of the end cap. Any ideas how to get it off. It moves around a little bit, but I am afraid if I really tork on it, it is going to break. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

 

Hello. I had a similar problem and finally I removed it with a screwdriver help. Try to insert the screwdriver in the gap and with the other hand lift it...good luck!
