Wow, this thread just took off 
Anyway, I talked with my customer service guys and found out what the issue was. We shipped the wrong plate frame, then tried emailing a return label, but the evil empire known as AOL kept blocking our emails through fedex as 'spam'. So we snail mailed a label to LW. It then got checked in here, but never refunded. We do not keep credit card numbers on file for longer than 30 days. We did then get a credit card number from you to refund, but then found out it was not the one you had used initially, so we couldn't refund you. Then when we finally got the correct credit card, our system would not refund it for some reason. It doesn't like refunds beyone 90-120 days. NO idea why for that. Anyway, I told them to offer a company check or a paypal payment for the refund and I think it was refunded via paypal today.
We have a 65000+ rating on eBay and a 4.5 star rating on Yahoo Shopping. But it never fails that there are some weird orders that nothing can go right on it no matter what. For that I am sorry for the hassle, for it cannot of been a fun experience from your side.
I do know the LW did not send the email to us where I so eloquently answered as 'HUH?'. heh heh.

I have looked at this site before being a Hummer owner, but don't get to enough, for I just don't have the time.
Actually I have Google Alerts set up for our name and URL and such and it lets us know when we come up in blogs or web sites. So when I saw 'scammers', I jumped in and figured out what is going on.
As for advertising, we really don't carry enough Hummer stuff to promote ourselves regularly, but I know there is a private coupon code going on though the end of the weekend for 10% off an order over $99 on autoaccessory4u.com enter 'bunny' as the coupon code.
Maybe I can work up a Group Buy if there is something we carry that alot of people would like.
