The existing system is broke, with the current democrats in charge crime is running ramped, fuel costs are out of control, our southern boarder is open, illegal drugs are killing us, homeless numbers are at an all time high. Inflation is at the highest point in the history of this country. The FBI and Justice department is broken and now the new supercharged and armed IRS will be coming for you. Parents have not control over what is taught to our children. We are going bankrupt as a country. I could easily add more than a dozen other issues.

And probably what easily could be the worst issue, Biden says we stand on the brink of Armageddon and possible nuclear war. Biden is such a ***** and runs away from a simple news reporters question neither him or Harris has a clue, if we do get into a war with Russia we are doomed. If you love your country, your family and your future please make an educated choice at the polls in November.

It's in your hands now, we either reverse direction now or our country faces Armageddon, not my words but Biden's. Even if you have to go against your true beliefs or registered party look at the fact and lets save America, now is the tipping point.
I really hate to make such a serious gloom and doom post but the joking is over. Become educated before voting don't just vote your party's ticket. PLEASE we must act now for the sake of our families, our way of life and our country.
TRUTH spoken very well. Sadly, I know many that think the other way, how anyone could vote for Fetterman in PA blows my mind.
If they don't cheat, we should have a massive red wave in a few weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.

p.s. it's nice to see a civil political thread on here.

My businesses are absolutely better now that any time under tRump. Nice job with the insulting pic memes, that's all you can muster cerebrally????

What democrats are in charge of RED states? Why do many Red States have higher crime rates per capita than far more populous cities? If things are for chit where you are, ask you local GOP what they have been doing for decades. Lower taxes makes things all better. Spend, spend, spend on the military weapons machine so we can play global Cowboy and be "tough" all over. What a crock.

Fuel costs are lower than under Bushy Boy II in late 2008, even after the worse Pandemic in over 100 years and a Russian Invasion of Ukraine. Out of control, not hardly. The party of the President has almost nothing to do with fuel costs. Look back at my post #3. In July 29, 2022, long after this thread was started, 8 of the largest oil companies in the country made a record-breaking $51 billion in profit in the second quarter of 2022. This marks a 235% increase over the same quarter in 2021. At the same time, American consumers saw gas prices rise at a rapid rate peaking at an average of over $5 a gallon. While they are now declining, Industry has been slow to lower costs for consumers even well after the price of crude oil has fallen. Wait until you see the next oil industry profits analysis at the end of this month. We are being gouged by rich investors in oil, the US Government is not in the oil business.

Remember when McSame was sayin "the economy is fundamentally strong" in 2008 while we hemorrhaged 400,000 job losses per month, all while your beloved GOP clowns were supposed to be at the wheel.

Let's recap with reality instead of GOP baseless talking points (that apparently many are freedumb enough to assume correct).

Why would anyone trust Republicans with the economy? They lost 4 million jobs under tRump. They took a booming economy and and ballooned the deficit to the highest level ever to give corporations money to buy back stocks. Bush II almost destroyed the banking system. Obama rescued us and handed over strong economic conditions. Trump destroyed it yet again and Biden came in and got back all the jobs lost under tRump and more. He has done it despite the Fed raising interest rates dramatically (remember when tRump cried about that).

The last Budget Surplus was under Clinton

Obama received a DOW under 10k (Oct. 2009) and took it to over 22k (Oct. 2017). Bush II - over 10k (2001) under 10k (2009) Bush II took a Budget Surplus of 127 billion in 2001 and handed off a Budget Deficit of 1.4 trillion in 2009. Obama received $1.4 trillion Deficit (2009) - returned $100 billion Deficit (2017) tRump Budget Deficit ending Sept. 30, 2019 $984 billion. Republicans, truly fiscally deplorable... We do have to take in account that these are unusual times, but only the rich and famous benefit if the GOP takes over.

Happens over and over like a broken record. The economy is far better under democrats than the GOP, certainly proves out over the last 20+ years. Yeah, some of you kids weren't paying attention.

Continue on with your back patting banter.

😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹
actually I apologize for that. It must suck to be in a forum where they don't simply ban those that dare to disagree with the blue cult.

Actually I can agree with that to a large degree.
I thoroughly dislike the repugs just not as much as I thoroughly hate the dimwits.

That's why at 63 ive been registered an independent all my life.

Doesn't bother me whoever you side with in "politics" as I know the whole "us vs them" is complete krap. We are all far more alike that the political talking heads at the national level want their followers to believe. I don't get my "news" from Bookface or internet pod casts and blogs, wingnut radio or the fringe propaganda pundits.

All of us here enjoy Hummer ownership, for many different reasons, and we are not of the same political ideology. When I go wheeling with some friends I'm having fun, I do not give a chit what some Ahole politician said in an interview to whip up certain people into donating money. Not that important. Not gonna get my donation anyway.

I'm having fun stoking the discussion. Like the latest news on the 3rd quarter GDP................ what? 2.6% Growth, well that doesn't fit with the whole ship is sinking BS narrative does it.

A long time ago I thought I was in the know, drinking the democratic Kool-Aid and believing my elected officials.

I was a registered Democrat thinking I was making the right choice and made the horrible mistake of voting for Carter, yes, Carter. (I know my stock went down with that comment). But with that said I am man enough to admit it and have learned from my horrible mistake.

Back in the day it is sad to say that many people tried to educate me and change my point of view and have me reconsider some of my choice (including my decision to fight in Vietnam ) but sadly I was too young, stupid, idealistic and brainwashed by the politics of the time.

Looking back I could never believe the damage a President could do to our country in such a short time that could never be undone. And today, Biden and his co-horts have easily surpassed those f-ups. To this day we are still suffering because of Carters decisions and now in 2022 history repeats itself.

Today many people have that same mindset I use to have back in the day, they are set in their ways, either too stupid, confused, complacent or just refuse to find out ALL of the facts from REPUTABLE sources. They wont even consider alternative points of view. They justify their position with obscure, incorrect or invalid information or only a tiny piece of the total picture. Sadly, that’s so easy with all the bullcrap on the internet. Whats even worse they don't and won't accept or recognize that they made a mistake and try not to repeat do the same things again.

I once read a book that contained a quote by Albert Einstein that has become the mantra I live by, “Learn from yesterday, Live for today, Hope for tomorrow."
Those who don't learn from their mistakes are destin to repeat them.

All I ask IS think of your choices today and the impact they will have for the future generations and our country.

I don't know if Trump is the same Trump I voted for before but I know we need someone to save us from the fools running the country right now and the retards that mindlessly vote them in in exchange for free free free free.
