Just throwin this out there. Yeah I know they are made in Taiwan, but the HQ is in Grand Rapids MI, and there are some select tools made here.
Anyways, I have a set of Metric and SAE Long Flex Ratcheting Box End Wrenches. I was doing a wheel bearing/hub assembly swap on and old beater and the 13MM end of the wrench gave up the ghost. I have reefed on these for many projects, first one to break in like 3 years, the gears inside the ratchet head stripped before the bolt would give.
So that same Saturday I made an online warranty claim for a replacement. No questions asked, just had to send them a pic of the wrench. They had a replacement in the mail that same day from Grand Rapids and I received it on Wednesday! That is some serious customer service.
I was looking at their ratcheting wrenches not to long ago.
How is the 72 tooth ratcheting action? I need something that can get more than a single click in a tight spot.

Yes, they allow small swing movement so you can still get TQ in tight spots even though the handles are LONG.
Well actual not but that's a good info Doc, thanks. Got same tools from Proxon or Facom. But good to know , how much $ are those ?
They sell on ebay, Amazon, on line, Tekton direct and retail tools stores too. It doesn't matter where you get them from, you still have a lifetime warranty. I got a couple of their tools off ebay, and Amazon, whichever had the best price.
I don't mean to necro this, hopefully it's not old enough to be a full on necro though!
I just have to say, Tekton has absolutely blown me right the F away. I went from your basic ratchet set to seriously contemplating a full on migration, lol.
What impressed me the most was their website and how obviously proud they are of their tools by how much detail they give. I've never seen another tool manufacturer give that much information. And sure, these are still the same basic functions as every other 3/8 ratchet, it's more about the quality of it all, ya know? Oh and their support is insane. I had a question about a socket, the wall thickness, and their email support replied within 2 hours with a damned novella worth of information. It's just amazing. Love these guys!
