I'm only getting charged on average $80month (usage 0.3-0.5MCF month), just 2 of us. Many that use a lot of water have rain barrels at the gutter downspouts to save. Main thing is to monitor/repair any water leaks! I had a rental that jumped from 0.6MCF to 1.5MCF next month, due to a leaking tub faucet. The tenants never said anything about it, until I contacted them to check for leaks.

well the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing here. let some one call the epa on you and see if you get fined. my neighbor got fined 2 years ago.

up here you also get taxed 75 cents a gallon of gasoline goes to "road repair tax" yet all the roads are shiet. there are also bunches of hidden taxes like tolls, parking violations, speed trap cameras. list goes on. water is also a good example. if you use 100$ worth of water you have to pay another 300$ for water sewer disposal so now your water bill is 400 in total. how the dim wits allowed that to pass i dont know.
