looks like you replaced the front O2's but the rear o2's are having issues.
the TPMS sensors on your wheels need to be tested for battery life and signal strenghth.
the other codes might be from letting the battery die. maybe time for a new one and new battery terminals like stinger brand or similar.

I'd walk away from that one unless you can do ALL the work yourself.

TPMS spec life is 10 years, if they are original they all will need replacement. H3s cannot see location, they monitor 4 sensors and do not know where any are located so your scanner results are flawed. You have to drive the vehicle for at least a short distance to test those as they are only awake when rotating and very shortly thereafter.

Does it have a sunroof? If so, has the passenger floor ever been wet?

It still has the OEM Battery Terminal Connectors. They need to be replaced with quality aftermarket connectors the first day you own it

U1016 and all the B.... codes. Tells me it has been apart, somebody put it back together and you will be fixing that person's work (more specifically, the fuse box replacement and whatever was related to it). Electrical diagnosis and repair are tedious and labor costs are high. If you can run it down yourself you would only be out the time you decide to spend. Paying somebody else will likely be significantly more, and could be crazy more $$.

You also said more than once something like "considering it is 18 years old." How old it is has limited relevance. You wouldn't buy a 2 year old beat up POS any quicker than an 10-15 year old beat up POS. I have 50+ year old vehicles that look nearly new. If it was well cared for, properly maintained and stored correctly you don't need to consider how old something is, only whether it checks the boxes of what you are looking for, or like it will need immediate attention to a number of significant issues. Kinda like saying... well the back half of the truck is rusted out and the seats are falling apart, but hey its 18 years old.

Prior lady owner can be a good thing or terrible. I asked one of the women I used to work with if she ever rotated her then severely worn tires and she answered they rotate when you drive, don't they? Then I asked about the last oil change, she had no idea other than it was more than 5-6 years ago. Asked if she checked the oil and she said never because she did not know how. You get the idea.

I see what you mean, thanks for clarifying.
From copies of receipts I have, fuse-box was replaced in a shop relatively close to me, as a matter of fact, most repairs have been done in the same place in all these years. I'm not savvy when it comes to electrical diagnosis and repairs, so will have to think on this.
As per the age relevance, I'm with you as long it has a good maintenance record cars can last a lifetime -at the end of the day I rely on how it looks, how it drives and sounds, and any other records I can get my hands on, but it seems this lady tried to be on top of it.

Now, if I decided to move forward with it and based on the codes shown earlier, should the codes be cleared and go from there since many are still "pending"? or should I jump right into these:
  1. Replace the battery and terminals? if yes, any recommendations?
  2. Replace the O2 sensors? if yes, any recommendations?
  3. Replace the TPMS? if yes, any recommendations?
Let me know, thanks!

Pre purchase inspection can take over an hour, or two. Bring a buddy that also knows. You're still going to miss stuff, just get to a point that you feel confident and the deal is right. Nothing wrong with walking away, don't get stuck with somebody else's headache and paying Ferrari price...LOL
