Newbie from Indiana
Greetings all.
My name is Wayne, I work for my county highway department and look forward to this sites knowledge.
thanks for everything (I've been member for couple months). I replaced a red Chevy Silverado extended cab standard size pickup of the 1997 variety. I gave a gender and name to this truck and it served me well. But he started having problems. "Ol Red" was getting unsafe to drive and expensive to maintain so I gave him to a buddy of mine who had way more time and funds then I had (he was thrilled). My new Pavement Pal goes by the name of "Ol Whitey" ( no racism just couldn't think of anything better) lol. He's a 2007 H3 with the adventurer pkg. He's all OEM right now but who knows. He's got 155k under his belt and we plan to increase this. He also likes to climb rock and pavement in the standard configuration instead of automatic.
any ideas, pointers, suggestions, questions, whatever are welcomed. Ol Whitey and I have lots of country to cover.
