Sorry the crack in driveway bothers you. But yes I'm looking into the puke coolant. Thanks for your input!

Leave the crack alone, and wait until it spreads/expands. You can let your neighbor know the siding needs cleaned before that spreads/destroys the siding.
In the meantime, flush the coolant system and install fresh Dex-Cool
