I plan to build a expedition hummer. When i showed up to view it I new 2 things...Tree debris would be a problem in the sunroof/roof cab lights and the air intake. = water leaking into cabin. Lights were bit dim, lenses dingy colored. Will be upgrading them too. Could eat off the engine...but mods to come. O course the headers/manifolds rusty. But it's a 2003 i expected this...but no leaks! I tiny ding at the rear hatch handle.
stay tuned.
Welcome to HF, Marylander. Before mods check maintenance, Coolant looks low and dark, that Johnston controls battery is almost 5yrs old, washer fluid low, brake fluid appears overfilled. Maintenance is the key! Btw, the engine looks clean. GL and take care of it.
Your sharp like me.....i noticed all that too. In fact just got it off the lift couple hours ago. I plan to install dual battery. I have one battery now. I changed the oil, transfer case fluid, trans fluid, diff fluid today. Underneath the usual expected rust. Car was og a Pennsylvania hummer. I'm replacing everything mostly. Need to replace the fuel line (rust) rear brake lines (rust). Car drives very strong thank God i fixed all the water leaks the day i bought it. any ideas why me driver side mirror wont fold? Discovered this on way to car wash. thanks alot for your input1 been wanting one for years. they are worshiped overseas.
