I'm looking to pick up an H2 relatively soon and will post pics of her when she's here. I'm looking forward to owning this beast considering all the research I've done and what's available out there about these beasts!

We picked her up right before New Year's, the family hauler if you will. Her primary purpose is for the wife to take the toddlers to school. A little history about the purchase process:

• Found her back end of Sept. 2021.
• Financing fell through and told the owner if he still had it a few months after, we'll reach out.
• Texted the owner in December and he still had her. (He pulled her off the market after our exchange back in September.)
• Told us that when he changed the oil, CEL lit up. Owner didn't want to sell it to us if there was something wrong.
• Owner said she needed a new Transfer Case along with knock sensor. We said we'll still buy her after she's fixed just add the price of the repairs to our agreed purchase price of $20k.

All in, we paid $23k and some change for this 07 H2 with 114k miles. We even have the repair bill from the Chevy dealer notating the work. The previous owner restored our faith in humanity for sure.

Lots of useful info out there about this car. It's sparked my car tinkering juices once again where I've upgraded all the lights to LED and had suspension upgraded to Rancho 5k Series on all corners. (Previous owner converted air suspension to coils.) I've had a couple of imports back in my hayday that were tastefully modded and Hilda will follow suit. As parts need changing, I'll upgrade. The OEM header will need changing along with the exhaust system, it appears Magnaflow has some good stuff out there. She has taught us to TAKE OUR TIME and we're LOVING every minute of it!
