I love this truck. Seems like the only quirks right now are Electrical. The heated seats don’t work and the stereo controls on the steering wheel don’t work with the aftermarket head unit that was installed, neither does the gas button on the steering wheel. Other than that, everything seems to work great.

 

you can try Mashing the buttons with the truck off for a while to try clean the contacts in them or replace them. as for the radio if they did not use the right adapter it might not have the radio controls. the heated seats is most likely a break in the heater pads in the seat backs or bottom. if the car came from a warmer climate maybe they disconnected them

 

The lights don’t even light up on the door, telling you that the heated seats are on. Is the fuel button associated with the steering wheel controls for the radio would that all be in the same harness?

 

yeah any buttons on the steering wheel go through the airbag clock spring on the cloumn. the door heater buttons dont even turn on for a split second before going out? might want to check fuses or maybe intermittent door harness. (broken wire in door loom)
