Another newb
Hi All, been lurking in the background doing all my research before purchasing so now that I've done the deed I thought I'd say hi. In my life I had 2 vehicles, an old 200k mile 2001 suburban and a 2012 Caddy CTS-V. I loved them both but found I usually drove the 'burban. When I gave it a good hard look it was mostly because I knew that CTS-V caused me to drive like a moron...it was just too fun too play with the go pedal. So I wanted something as comfy as the Caddy but more like the old 'burb. H2 fit the bill perfectly. After looking at a few overpriced ones, and more than a few beat to **** ones I came across this little '05 with 96k on the clock and just very clean overall. Airbags already replaced by coils and all the other typical problem spots checked good. Ive owned about 8 Suburban/Tahoe platform vehicles so I know the general weak spots and research here helped me fill in the H2 gaps.
So I took the caddy to the dealer and it was the first time I ever got cash back on a deal...a LOT of cash back. I'll miss that caddy but I really love the Hummer. Gotta make a few small fixes and upgrades but overall I couldnt be happier.
Out with the Old....
In with the new.
